Complete guide to using Suno
Use the suno/voice-regenerate API on ApiPass to regenerate the verification phrase for an existing Suno custom voice validation task. It is designed for cases where the original phrase failed, expired, or needs to be recorded again before creating a custom voice.

suno/voice-regenerate is a focused workflow API for custom voice validation. It does not create a new voice and it does not accept verifyUrl. Instead, it takes the original suno/voice-validate provider task ID and generates a new validation phrase. ApiPass then lets you query the unified /api/v1/jobs/recordInfo endpoint until resultJson.data.validateInfo is available. After receiving the new phrase, record a new verification audio URL and submit it with the validation task ID to suno/voice-generate.
Regenerate a fresh validation phrase for an existing Suno custom voice validation task when the original phrase is no longer usable, was read incorrectly, or needs to be recorded again.
Create the regenerate task with /api/v1/jobs/createTask, store the returned ApiPass task ID, and query /api/v1/jobs/recordInfo to monitor waiting, queuing, generating, success, or fail states.
Provide callBackUrl to receive completion notifications. Callback payloads use the same data structure as the Query Task API response, making polling and webhook handling consistent.
The API is purpose-built for regenerating the verification phrase on an existing validation task. It avoids restarting the whole custom voice workflow when only the phrase needs to be refreshed.
input.taskId must be the original suno/voice-validate provider task ID. The ApiPass task_xxx ID returned by the regenerate request is used only for querying this regenerate task status.
ApiPass marks the task as successful when the upstream status is wait_validating and validateInfo is not empty, giving developers a clear signal that the new verification phrase is ready.
Let users recover when their original verification phrase expires or cannot be recorded correctly, without forcing them to restart the entire custom voice setup.
Build retry experiences that request a new validation phrase, display validateInfo to the user, collect a new verification recording, and continue into suno/voice-generate.
Integrate phrase regeneration into asynchronous voice creation systems that use task polling or callbacks to keep long-running validation workflows reliable.
Use the correct API for each step in the custom voice workflow. The regenerate endpoint refreshes a validation phrase; it does not replace validation, generation, or availability checks.
suno/voice-validate starts the first validation phrase workflow from source voice material. suno/voice-regenerate is used later, only when an existing validation task needs a new phrase.
suno/voice-regenerate returns a new validateInfo phrase for the user to read. suno/voice-generate uses the validation task ID and the newly recorded verifyUrl to create the custom voice.
suno/voice-check is used after voice generation to check whether the custom voice is available. suno/voice-regenerate belongs earlier in the flow, before the final custom voice is created.
Current regular channel pricing is 3 credits per request, consistent with suno/voice-validate verification phrase generation.
The channel parameter supports auto, starter, regular, and official. auto lets ApiPass allocate requests across available providers based on real-time pricing and stability.
If callBackUrl is omitted, no callback notification is sent. You can still poll /api/v1/jobs/recordInfo with the ApiPass task ID returned by the create request.
Start with an existing suno/voice-validate task and keep the provider validation task ID. This original provider task ID is the value required by input.taskId.
Send a POST request to /api/v1/jobs/createTask with model set to suno/voice-regenerate and input.taskId set to the original validation provider task ID. Add callBackUrl if you want webhook notifications.
Use the returned ApiPass task ID with /api/v1/jobs/recordInfo. When the task succeeds, read resultJson.data.validateInfo and ask the user to record the new phrase clearly.
After recording the new verification audio URL, submit it with the validation task ID to suno/voice-generate, then optionally use suno/voice-check to confirm the generated voice is available.
The API page shows the parameter schema, but Suno also has several business-specific mode combinations and callback rules that are easy to miss.
All APIs require authentication via Bearer Token.

Regenerate the verification phrase for an existing Suno custom voice validation task when the original phrase failed, expired, or needs to be recorded again.
The API accepts a JSON payload with the following structure:
1{
2 "model": "suno/voice-regenerate",
3 "callBackUrl": "string (optional)",
4 "channel": "auto",
5 "input": {
6 "taskId": "string"
7 }
8}modelRequiredstringThe model name. This value must be fixed to suno/voice-regenerate.
"suno/voice-regenerate"
callBackUrlOptionalstringCallback URL for task completion notifications. If omitted, no callback will be sent.
"https://your-domain.com/api/callback"
channelOptionalstringSpecifies the provider channel used by APIPASS for this task. The default channel is auto, which lets APIPASS automatically allocate tasks across available providers based on real-time pricing and stability metrics. starter is ultra-low-cost with limited quotas and weaker stability; regular is standard and much cheaper than official APIs with moderate stability; official uses the model native API with high stability, fast task execution, and official pricing.

The input object contains the parameters used to regenerate the validation phrase.
input.taskIdRequiredstringThe original suno/voice-validate APIPASS provider task ID whose verification phrase should be regenerated. The value must be a non-empty string and cannot be an array, number, boolean, or empty string.
Use the APIPASS provider task ID from the original suno/voice-validate task. Do not use the ApiPass task_xxx ID returned by this voice-regenerate request. ApiPass also accepts task_id and task as aliases for this field.
